I've forgotten my Microsoft 365 account password. How can I recover it?

You can recover your Microsoft 365 account password by using Self-Service Password Reset. To do that:

  1. Go to the Microsoft Login page.
  2. Click on "Can't access your account?"
  3. Select "Work or school account".
  4. Follow the instructions on-screen. Keep in mind that you will have to go through verification steps to confirm your identity.

How do I change my domain account password?

To change your domain account password:

  1. On your computer, after logging in, press Ctrl+Alt+Del.
  2. Click on Change a Password. If your computer is joined to Azure AD, a browser window will open.
  3. Enter your old password, then your new password and click Submit.

How do I change my Microsoft 365 password?

To reset your Microsoft 365 password: 1. From a browser, go to the Microsoft 365 account management. 2. Under Password, click on Change Password. 3. Enter your old password, then your new password and click Submit.

How do I change my password on other websites and cloud services?

Each website or cloud service may have specific steps for resetting or recovering passwords. Look for any "Forgotten password?" or "Forgotten my log-in information" options on the log-in screen.
