Reporting Phishing or SPAM

To report phishing or SPAM, please follow these steps:

  1. In Outlook, select the message.
  2. From the Ribbon, click on Report Message.
  3. Select either Junk or Phishing.

In the same way, if you received a message that was tagged as phishing or SPAM and went to your Junk Mail folder, you can use the Report Message button to report it as Not Junk.

Keep in mind that reporting a message may not immediately block it. To block a sender:

  1. Right-click on the message.
  2. Go to Junk > Block Sender.
